Paneer (Cottage Cheese) Pulao is a popular simple vegetarian rice recipe that is best for beginners! <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />300 gms Rice <br />200 gms Paneer (Cottage Cheese) <br />4-5 tbsp Oil <br />1 tbsp Cumin Seeds <br />10-12 Curry Leaves <br />1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste <br />1 tbsp Black Pepper <br />1 Onion, cut length wise <br />1 Capsicum, cut length wise <br />1 Lemon <br />Coriander Leaves <br />Salt to taste <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- In a pan heat some oil. <br />- Add cumin seeds, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, chopped onion, chopped capsicum, coriander leaves, lemon juice, black pepper & salt. Mix everything well. <br />- Cover it with a lid and let everything cook for 5 minutes. <br />- Add the paneer cubes & boiled rice.
